The rooms were spotless. The towels fluffy and the bed really comfortable with great pillows!
Couldn't hear the traffic noise despite it being on a busy road. Great value for money. Check in via John was efficient and welcoming. I'll stay again.

Love this hotel! I spend a lot of time on the road and in hotels and this one is one of the better ones I've been to.

My only concern is with the location. It's just off of one of the busiest streets in tauranga and I have been woken up before 5 every morning I've been here due to trucks.

Great service, the rooms are sizeable with spa baths fitted In them alongside a separate shower. The bed in my room is bloody comfy also. Off-road parking just outside of the rooms. Free wifi.

One thing that really stood out to me with this site was the fact that there is a stove in the kitchenette.

Great value site, very close to the CBD. Would reccomend.

Stayed here recently for a work trip, also had my partner with me.
Lovely soft sheets, comfy bed and i wish i could take the pillows home with me.s.
A little bit dated but a quality place for a quality price.

It's not the Ritz-Carlton but, it's clean, close and comfortable.
Roger's a great host, very accommodating, can't fault it.

JUST WENT TO MAKE A BOOKING AND THE MANAGER OWNER WAS EXTREMELY RUDE TO MY WIFE, STARTED YELLING AT HER OVER THE PHONE ABOUT PREPAYMENT WHEN IT STATES TO BOOK THE ROOM YOU ONLY NEED TO GIVE OVER DEBIT CARD/CREDIT CARD DETAILS.... FROM THE BEGINNING TO THE END OF THE PHON CALL HE WAS RUDE IMPATIENT AND DISTRUSTING SERVICE! WILL NEVER RECOMMEND YOU TO ANYONE!
YOUR A TOTAL COMPLETE A HOLE AND YOUR LACK OF RESPECT FOR YOUR CUSTOMER IS BEYOND A JOKE
