ASH, the bartender is absolutely amazing for starters. Highly recommend his unique cocktails inspired by personal perspective and taste. Enjoyed chatting to him, as a person and not as a customer. Service in general was amazing. Highly recommend!

Booked 2 nights for 2 adults and 2 children and I absolutely loved my stay.
Room was very spacious and clean and was greeted by a bubbly well mannered staff member on arrival.
Breakfast was nice and the young lad at breakfast reception was full of smiles and a lovely attitude made my morning.

Cheap room rate, rooms are larger compared most hotels but dated. Feels like a motel rather than a hotel. It's not bad for the price we paid. The reception hallway leading to the dining area is big as well as the dining area itself. There is a mezzanine like an extension for the dining area and plenty of conference room.

Really disappointing 😞
- unclean
- tired rooms
- unsafe wiring, things came on during night, ie kettle
- fridge did not work
- sign at reception saying spa baths don't work due to health and safety. I know people who did not see that sign.
- terrible odour in the room
- shower that did not make you feel clean
- not even a bottle opener or plate in room
- table etc sticky
- tv not set up for the basics
- no bar, no pool
- average breakfast
- trying to sort temperature in room difficult
- not recommended at all

Wow! Beautiful hotel. Had a lovely dinner cesars salad (crunchy lettuce) and garlic bread. Yumm. Topped up with chocolate brownie n ice cream
Thank you Ash for your hospitality and compliments to the chef! Rooms are big and tidy! Central to all amenities. Will stay again next time I visit.
