Very hospitable atmosphere. The rooms are at a reasonable price and the owners are concerned about their guests' comfort. I stayed nine days and was very impressed with the way they took care of their guests.

A beautiful Hotel with colonial architecture, interior patio and balconies, ideal for getting to know the historic center of Quitó, just 3 blocks from the Plaza Grande, which is the most important square in the Historic Center of the city and where the Government Palace is located. Municipal Palace, the Archbishop's Palace and the Metropolitan Cathedral.

It is located in the Historic Center of Quito considered a Cultural Heritage of Humanity, it is a building from the colonial era that is well preserved, it is one of the most traditional places in the sector and around it there are a variety of grocery stores, fabrics, clothes. A few streets away is the Palacio de Carondelet or presidential house.

Good location near Plaza Grande and Plaza San Francisco, in the historic center area. Nice colonial-style hotel, with patio. Nice rooms, small bathroom. Adjacent restaurant for breakfast and lunch.

Good comfortable rooms, but the smell of storage is somewhat annoying. Of the few hotels with parking in the center, something narrow, the gentlemen make it a problem to come and go at different times
