Great customer service from the reception, who called us to check and accommodated out late arrival.
Clean room, good bed and shower. Lovely tidy courtyard with plenty of plants, made it feel like a holiday destination.
Covered parking outside room and space for a small trailer.
Great stay. Only recommendation is some of the shower fittings could be tightened.

Stayed one night in what was described as a deluxe spa room. Very disappointing! Room was dark and dingy. One of the lights in the bathroom was broken, shower rose was loose where it attaches to wall, door on to balcony had broken catch so a security chain was trying to keep it shut, curtain at balcony door had a full length rip in it. The $190 had already been taken from my card the morning of our arrival. Would never recommend this to anyone!!

Just terrible! Pokey dark small room. You might want to show a picture of the disabled unit on your website - if you had we would never booked it!! We just wanted a ground floor unit - just do disappointed!! Broken light above the bed. Disabled unit with no parking at the unit - apparently it was first in best dressed when I asked at reception where should we park! Had to cart suitcases with no easy access to unit. Dusty lamp by bed. Clean bedding & towels but under pillowcases very yellow.

Very high bed with limited space either side so unsure how anyone disabled could possibly manage if they were in a wheelchair.

Very quick to take the money & very quick to tell to be out by 10.00. Unsure who writes the reviews for this motel but I would never stay here again & certainly wouldn't recommend it.

Not much of a welcome from reception - felt like I was imposing on his time.

This was certainly not much of a welcome to Taupo for an overseas visitor.

You might want to check that the cleaners are doing what you are paying them for. The lamp by the bed is thick with dust also the pictures & micro wave!!

The bottom of the curtains by the bed was shredded to pieces & I had to be so careful when getting in & out of bed not to catch my feet in it! Just so dangerous particularly for someone disabled or even bodied!!

The bonus was abundance of clean white towels.

From the moment we walked into the office we were greeted by Scott the site manager who was very friendly and most accommodating. Then when we walked into our family size unit we were blown away, the decor, the cleanliness, awesome shower pressure and most comfortable beds. We will be back thankyou for a great stay in your beautiful Taupo.

Comfortable rooms with all the basics required. A lovely spa bath, comfortable bed and basic cooking facilities (microwave, jug and toaster).
