Cobden Garden Homestay

Awesome. If you can find any fault with this place you will never be happy. Great people, great home, great room, great advice, great extras (amazing breakfast but more impressive was the small carafe of port waiting in our room with crystal glasses upon our return after dinner out). And the chat with wine and canapes made it almost impossible to head out we were so relaxed and comfortable. Rayma and Phil did everything possible to make Napier even more enjoyable than it already was. Thanks are just not enough. You have to go !

What a lovely B&B in Napier. The hosts were warm and welcoming and our room was large with every amenity you could want. We were offered pre dinner drinks and canapés with our hosts which was lovely. A great choice for breakfast, so good we felt spoilt. A great place to stay whilst visiting the area.

My stay with an absolute joy. My room was large with every feature you could want including a very comfortable bed. Bluff Hill is a great location and only 5 minutes from the town centre.
Rayma & Phillip's hospitality was unbelievable, I felt very much at home and part of your family. The room and their home are beautiful then you add all your special touches. Wine and canapes nightly, drinks in the sun lounge and chocolates & port at night.
Oh I forgot the breakfast, so many choices and so good just check out their website - absolute 5 star.

A lovely and warm stay in the true heart of Napier. Rayma and Phillip were incredible hosts in welcoming us with a delicious aperitivo (Rayma’s cheese biscuits are simply great, Phililip’s wine choice is superb), hosting us in a wonderful room (embedding a jacuzzi) and sharing the best insights to enjoy Napier.
Felt like staying at home with family but… with way more comforts!😄

What a treat to have had the opportunity to stay at Cobden Garden. Our host and hostess were the most welcoming couple and could not have done more to make our mini break more of a treat. The rooms were so cosy and warm and very comfortable beds, and as for the divine breakfast well, no restaurant will ever be able to match this! We really enjoyed every moment and most especially the time to chat, have a drink and partake of some wonderful canapes with our hosts. So can't wait to come back!
