Stayed in a double story room with a spa bath. The spa bath was sooo nice had a very good soak. The staff was nice, the placement is good just a quick walk to the lake. The only complaints are the walls are pretty thin and could hear tvs and snoring through the walls and also parking is not amazing on site but parking out front is plentiful

Clean rooms with good facilities. Great pool and spa outside. Walls are way too thin and can hear everything in neighboring rooms. If you're in the apartments with both an upstairs and downstairs room, be prepared to hear every footstep/movement from the
upstairs floor. Parking is very tight. Close proximity to waterfront.

Having made the choice to book this motel having viewed several "Recent" reviews. It turned out that I made the right decision. The service on arrival was smooth and we were given the correct room in a very short time.
The facilities such as bedding and lounge were comfortable. The kitchen was adequate for our stay and met all our needs.
The motel is certainly within close proximity of the main shopping area of Taupo, which meant that Walking was certainly the best option to get about.

Nice motel rooms. Spa bath. Excellent lake front view. 2 minute walk to city centre. Helpful manager.
I was very happy with this motel

$428 for a night on Easter Saturday-sunday.. we understand it was last-minute booking still.. i think it was way too much expensive compared to the small size of a studio room without any special facilities.. like no bathtub or spa bath tub.. 1 king bed only in a studio. Kids had to sleep on sofabad. Which wasn't in good condition either. I think we got ripped off on the name of last-minute booking.. disappointing will never visit again or won't recommend to anyone.
