Well situated, about 4 minutes from town. Nothing seemed to be a problem for the staff. Friendly. Best of all the bed was comfortable. Spa bath was amazing.

This location is good (the lake/downtown area is walkable), it was clean and new/fresh looking, and the amenities were good. Overall, this place is not remarkable, but I have nothing negative to say about our stay, either. I would stay here again.

The room was clean, spacious and quiet.

Very friendly and efficient service. Very good room service each day with fresh towels etc without asking. Comfortable rooms

Very nice and tidy motel, which all the needy things in room including big tv with sky tv, internet, netflix and spa pool. We loved it highly recommend and coming back again when back in taupo again. 5 ⭐️
