My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 3 nights.
We enjoyed the old style and flower arrangements that complement this beautiful house.
The staff are very attentive and helpful and even speak English, which is convenient for many.
The only fault at this hotel is that the halls are busy at night with guests checking in and it gets very noisy and you can hear it in your room. However it was a picturesque view from the terrace. I suggest you watch the sunrise here, it's beautiful.
The breakfast is also super nice but of course its quite simple, eggs and bread and a fruit bowl with coffee or juice.
Thank you to the staff who were so helpful 😊

The place is really cool with the history and architecture but as a modern hotel there are many issues. The floor boards are very creaky and the street is very loud. Breakfast is included but it was basically just bland eggs and a coffee.

I used a room for two days. It's just right for spending a day or two. You get breakfast. The building is old and very beautiful with lots of plants and historic pictures.

An okay hotel for the price. No real hot water in the rooms, and the breakfast staff was overwhelmed with people and it took a ton of time to get food. With that said, the staff is nice. Staff speaks limited English. The layout of the rooms (all facing a central foyer) means that loud people talking boisterously, early in the morning, was a rude awakening. The bed was pretty hard. Needless to say, after 18 hours of travel from Seattle, I was glad to have a place to rest for a bit. The location, in Old Town, couldn't be beat for a tourist. They have a nice rooftop balcony to sit and drink coffee or see the layout of the city.

A very old, 1698 hotel with a lot of charm in the historic district of Quito. Customer service has been wonderful. (Lost a star due to the creaky floor which woke us during the night. )
