Kennedy Park Resort

We had a non powered tent site but we were amazed by the wonderful and quality facilities that were here there is something here for everyone no matter what age. A great range of accommodation on offer from tent sites to motels and everything in between the kitchen dining area is 2nd to none and also multiple charging ports in the kitchen too. I would highly reccomend Kennedy Park Resort and would definitely stay there again.

Our family stayed recently across two rooms, one Deluxe Ensuite Room and one Kitchen Cabin. The rooms were clean and well configured for large family groups.

The grounds are clean, safe and really well set up for young families. We had 7 kids across our two rooms aged 3-13 and there are plenty of activities for a ages.

One area for improvement is the beds in the Deluxe Cabins. The mattress has seen better days.

Had two nights on a powered campervan site. Very nice site with excellent staff and great service. $60 a night for a week night was a little pricey though. That said, safe and secure, the site has a nice pool and a restaurant. Probs great for families.

Not a bad site or location, but the camp site sizes are pretty small - 8x8m. Also the electronic gates on entry and exit are really frustrating; the buttons barely register your presses and the two number panels on each gate are set far too high and far too low for 99% of cars. Reaching the higher one is only possible from a truck as it's about 2m from the ground. The lower one is about 70cm off the ground - great if you arrive by go kart. Which nutter thought those heights were a good idea?

Experience was average however completely ruined right from the get go by an extremely rude receptionist who I think forgot I'm the customer and shouldn't be told off for looking around while she was busy telling me that the in-house restaurant (that I knew I wasn't using) was closed Sunday and Monday which I was checking out Sunday morning so it was pointless information. I think the old bag would be better suited to a behind the scenes job will not be going back anytime sooon unless everywhere else is booked out.
