It was indeed a fruitful meeting experience and would not mind going back again

A bit neglected. Walls are peeling off the passageways have a bad stench food on the first day wasn't up to standard, taps leaking,sheets are cream instead of white, frogs in rooms. The place just needs sprucing up. Landscape is good but maintenance isn't being done properly.

They got a successful services ,,quite place ,,clean place and their rooms are the best ,,Guys it's time to visit and stay for even a night with your family ,,this place is lovely 😍

Food was ok. Friendly staff but waiters need improvement on attention to clients and on bad general service

- on arrival, parking or luggage assistance
- staff pointed to the direction of the room and left
- Mosquito infested rooms & conference facilities. Room was sprayed late into the second day and it was overwhelming.
- Room phone doesn't work, notified staff and no action was taken
- no hot water for bathing, can't call room service or reception since the phone doesn't work
- the only socket one can use for a quick jug is under the table, on the floor
- the basket they put soap is moulding
- no sanitary bags
- room & bathroom ceilings are flaking

I could go on but let's look at the good:
- car park: my car is being cleaned on the outside 🌟
- bed is well made
