Great location on the water. Short walk to the beach. Quick water taxi ride to town.

I stayed at this hotel while visiting Santa Cruz. While the staff were more than friendly and the service was great. I do have a few comments to make about the quality of the actual hotel. The bedrooms are very spacious and showers are nice. The problems I had was with the view. I had a window facing inward into nothing. Also the room I had smelled like a toilet. Like there was something wrong with the plumbing or someone did a number two somewhere. The other issue I was concerned about was the fact the whole floor smelled like bug spray. Don't get me wrong. The staff were extremely courteous but I do not believe I would not stay here again unfortunately. Just figured I'd share this information. Spacious yes, clean visually yes, but the odor of the room was a little alarming and the fact you smell bug spray throughout the floor was a little bothersome.

Good location and cheap price. Slightly out of the main tourist area but not really an issue, 5 Min walk to get there.

Rooms are okay but a lot of noise comes from outside making it hard to sleep at times. Our room had a window to the hallway and we kept the curtains drawn up the whole time for privacy..

Stayed here for just one night between arriving on Santa Cruz and ferry over to Isabela. Very spacious room, but the windows were a bit odd. Large window looked out onto...the wall of the adjacent building? The other looked out into the hall? So really, there was no need for windows as they provided zero additional natural light. The room was very clean and A/C was an icy-cold necessity!

They had water dispensers, which was nice to be able to fill up water bottle and location was close to the main drag Baltra Ave, so easy walk to docks.

I had to leave early the next day (6am) to walk to the docks for the morning ferry to Isabela, but the entire hotel was completely dark (had to use the flashlight on my phone) and there was no one at the reception desk. I had yell out until finally a guy came out of a room behind the desk. You are basically "locked in" the hotel as well as he had to unlock the doors to let me out...not sure how safe that is?

Not sure I would recommend for staying just one night, especially at the price point, but may be a good choice if staying a few days w/several people as the room was large, had a sofa and mini-fridge.

A weird hotel, not very far from the turistic centre, but well in a local neighbourhood. Stayed there only on night due to the weird vibe and smell. On top of that- dos not feel clean. Shower curtain held by electrical wire...
