The Sails

Easy to find place centrally located. Arrived to friendly staff who showed me to my room. The room was immaculate. Very clean. Lots of amenities. Loved the breakfast in the morning. Very accommodating. 5 stars easily.

Unfortunately, we only had one night here. The hostess was incredible friendly and our room was very modern and extremely clean. It is about a 10 minute walk into the heart of downtown and a number of restaurants. The rooms are a bit small, but have great furnishings.

Sails is an excellent value hotel. The rooms are very comfortable and extremely modern with everything you would need. The hotel management are charming and extremely helpful. The value for money is extraordinary. It is well located for the center of Nelson and we highly recommend it as very fussy travellers!

Wow! What a great place and such awesome people who run it. Cherie and Dave are so helpful. From the moment I first called to book, they were so helpful. Rooms are immaculate, service is excellent, location is right near the city so for our family of 4, it's been the perfect option. The room is is kitted with all you need to make most food in the appartment.

You are in SUCH good hands staying here while traveling Nelson!! The host is wonderful and so helpful with anything questions, guidance you need. The room was one of the cleanest rooms I’ve stayed in and it’s a minutes walk from the center of town. Would recommend 10/10.
