A great experience, both in the guest rooms and during the horse trek. The owner Barbel is absolutely amazing, a true horse rider and a lovely host.
The place is very clean with all the equipment and nice details to make you feel at home. Respect for the horses is on point.
We would have loved to stay more!

We stayed 5 nights in one of the guest rooms with our toddler and had such a magical time here. The house is full of coziness and nice little details.
The animals all around were an amazing experience for our toddler. Bärbel, Chris and all other staff were super friendly. We really felt at home, thanks so much 😍.
My wife did the Patton Beach horse ride. She loved it.
The camping spots looked very good as well.
House is old, which we liked, but if you are into privacy and a quite House this is not for you.
Also good to note is that you can walk to the beach and also pass a glowworm section on the way there, amazing!
Most, if not all, information is also provided on the website 👌

I had such a wonderful stay at Hak n Stay and a brilliant horse ride on the beach in the morning.

I’ve never been horse riding and have really bad joints but Barbara was so kind and patient and helpful giving advice and support on the horse riding and generally too.

Thorough enjoyed myself and was sorry to leave.

Recommend a visit to everyone!

AMAZING. We were traveling with the tent in the winter and the lovely owner let us put up our tent in the barn since we were the only people crazy enough to use a tent in the freezing cold (not the usual campsite), warm, dry and safe. The campsite itself also looked good, but for us the barn was the best option. Good hot and clean shower and warm kitchen. Very safe and welcoming atmosphere I could recommend to everyone, rider or not. Cheap prices for a high quality stay. It also had a glowworm city (free, but you have to go in the dark) at 10min walking and the beach nearby (20min walking). You don't have to be a rider to do the farm stay but if so, the horses were very well looked-after and oh so kind. We didn't have the time to book a ride, but they offered a good range of horse rides for every level of experience. Thank you so much for the stay ♥️

Amazing hack down to Patons rock beach, Pippa was a fantastic guide and everyone was very accommodating, great value for money, we were riding for about 2.5 hours and Pippa took tons of photos and sent them to us which made it even more special to have the memories, we rode Brownie, and Duff and Arnie who were all perfect horses. We will be back on our next trip.
