Sheraton Universal Hotel

The best part of the hotel is the location. Where do I begin. This hotel is outdated and understaffed. My room had broken title floors and grossed out bath. The hallway and room rug needs to be either deep cleaned or replaced. It looked like a dog had popped and smeared all over. Service- team members were friendly but due to the overwhelming amount of people they need more staff. You have to pay for parking, however the parking garage is barely holding up. The concrete is dirty and the steps need to be fixed up to go up to the other floors. If they would invest a little into this place it would really shine.

Great hotel. Rooms are clean and right size. Hotel lobby has a wonderful scent upon entrance. Within walking distance from universal studios. They also offer a shuttle. Self parking/ garage isn’t that far of a walk $36 plus some other fee and valet is $50plus with in and out privileges. All the hotel staff we encounter restaurant, check in , valet, housekeeping were great absolutely no complaints with they’re customer service. Breakfast buffet was good as well. Will definitely stay here again when I return.

Exciting, vibrant, beautiful high rise hotel in the heart of Studio City/Burbank! The hotel is literally steps away from Universal Studios and City Walk entertainment area complex. If your agenda calls for a visit to Universal Studios, this hotel is an excellent choice for accommodations. You simply can't get any closer to the Universal Studios Park. The hotel itself is a large, mature, modern high-rise offering numerous amenities and spectacular views of Southern California. I have visited this hotel twice and thoroughly enjoyed both stays. The hotel features a updated and upgraded modern decor and design with a fun Southern California vibe throughout. Interesting Hollywood themed fixtures and photos adorn the walls throughout the property. My guestroom was average hotel size and fully remodeled with modern, sleek design and furnishings, including floor to ceiling windows allowing great views of Studio City, Burbank and surrounding valley and mountains(view depends on guestroom location.) The bathroom average in size and totally remodeled with nice upgrades. Of the many hotel guest amenities, the hotel features a large outdoor pool, restaurant and a lobby lounge with bar. When you combine the Sheraton's excellent, convenient location and the great Southern California vibe, this is one of my top favorites hotels! The hotel staff associates are incredibly friendly, helpful and professional. The Sheraton Universal Studios has my highest recommendation!!

Stayed here two nights and had a nice stay. The park is within walking distance to Universal Studios and it was nice to walk back to the hotel for a rest in the afternoon and then walk back to the park.
The pool was 9 feet deep at the deep end which is a nice change for a hotel pool.
The lobby was nice and the staff were nice.
My room could have been in better condition, the bathroom door did not slide properly and the chain on the hotel room door was broken so I wasn't able to use that added protection.
All in all a good stay. Would return.

Excellent customer service from valet, front desk, guest services and the restaurant. Excellent location for those going to Universal Studios or nearby area. We had problems with the TV which was corrected and the AC made unusual noises. Price was a bit much for the bar and self parking Breakfast was not included which some competitors offer. Overall it was a comfortable stay.
