Poppy's Bed and Breakfast

We learned about Poppy's through a friend, and we're so happy we did. The views are quite possibly the best in Wanaka. The location is just far enough from town to be away from the hustle-bustle, yet close enough to enjoy all of it's amenities.

The owners were extremely friendly, and helpful in providing suggestions for local activities. The breakfast was outstanding. Fresh fruits and cereals of different variety every day. The view from the dining room table was magical.

We stayed in a self-contained apartment on the top floor which included two bedrooms, a living room, dining and kitchen area with a walk-out deck. Everything was of high-quality.

Needless to say, we would highly recommend this B&B.

Lovely spacious apartment with magnificent view up lake Tekapo. Very helpful host who can guide you to local restaurants and points of interest.

Fantastic views and fantastic hosts. Couldn't feel more at home. Stephen and Trish are really great. Highly recommended.
