Absolutely incredible hotel in Cuenca. The best place I’ve stayed so far in Latin America. Impeccable service, wonderful attention from the staff, delicious food and breakfasts every morning. I’ve never enjoyed a hotel more! Gracias por todo.

Had a wonderful trip with my wife that included the best dinner we had in all of Cuenca in its restaurant.

Beautiful hotel in the heart of Cuenca. The service was impeccable. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, with a lovely garden where you can have breakfast. The attention to detail is incredible. We were offered champagne on arrival, and on our bed were delicious chocolates, a Korean face mask, and hot water bottles that warmed up the bed. Such a lovely experience!

Didn't stay there. Only went for helado con queso. (Eis cream with real cheese in top ) strange texture but OK to eat. I myself would prefer something else, like cream on top..

Service has been top notch, they are very attentive and fast to respond. Nice room, modern, but smells a little like mildew or an old house. Breakfast could be much better, also provide cow's milk alternatives for coffee.
