Casa Gangotena

Wow! I had a great stay. I hated to leave! The staff was incredible; friendly, helpful, available and efficient. The hotel is beautiful, the rooms are spacious and charming.
They have a bar and a restaurant that are exceptional.

I visited this hotel because I heard they had a great breakfast buffet service. They deliver on all levels. The restaurant is cozy but spacious. You feels safe eating everything and the people serving you offer great service. I was able to tour the common areas and took some pictures from the top of the hotel overlooking San Francisco church. We’ll definitely be coming back! 🙌🏼

Everything was perfect. Elegant hotel, comfortable room and incredible service. You felt like you were coming home every time you returned to the hotel.

Absolutely beautiful UNESCO building that has great rooftop cafe and food is very very good. Rooms are a little small for price but that's because it's old. Service is good but not all front desk people speak fluent English so a lot of times they don't quite understand you which you wouldn't expect for a 5 star resort. Girls at spa are very nice but spa is small, only one person at time. Service was excellent and always someone there to help.
