Miami Hotel Melbourne

I was traveling with my toddler, not easy, but Nathan from reception went out of his way to make our stay enjoyable. He was very patient with us, and helped with our bags from the car to our room. I didn't expect that. He also helped me with any inquiries I had. Thanks again.

The room was very clean and cosy, had everything we needed. We loved the bed, well my toddler did, he took up most of it.

The parking is perfect, undercover and very secure.

Walking distance to the shops and train station.

I was very impressed. Nice bed. Very clean and quiet air-conditioning. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It has a jug and a little fridge. I might also go to the on-site Cafe tomorrow. Very happy.

Was able to work out a price for staying 2 nights, but parking is charged at $10per night if you call, or $20per night if booking online through hotels apps. Staff was nice, friendly, and someone available at front desk 24hrs if needed. Room was good, also had TV and WiFi available, had clean bedding, extra blankets etc, tea/coffee fridge etc in room and separate share kitchen lounge etc. Bathrooms were fine also. Undercover Smoking area out front on side of hotel, carpark underneath hotel, no room if your towing something though. Actually was good price for the stay. Has a number of shops, restaurants, pups around and queen vic market would be maybe 10min walk also.

The rooms are fairly clean and are of a decent size. The staff are super helpful and approachable. The reception always has staff even at night which is great in case of late check-ins. The check-in process is smooth and super quick.

The location is about a three minutes walk from a tram stop in West Melbourne. It takes approximately 15-20 minutes to Melbourne CBD by trams or 10 minutes by an Uber. There are cafes and restaurants at a walkable distance.
There is parking at the hotel for an additional fee.

Had a 2 nights stay. 10min walk from the edge of the CBD, 5min walk from Queen Victoria Market. The neighborhood is nice, with cute coffees and restaurant. Friendly and helpful staff. Rooms have a regular size with small kitchenette. Huuuge bed, very appreciated. Big shower too. Quiet at night. Would recommend.
