San Antonio Marriott Northwest

Stayed here for business. It's convenient to the airport. The M club breakfast was great, with good choices of hot food fruit selection, pastries, etc... The room was comfortable, clean, very nice. Service was good. The front desk was a little slow at check in, as the clerk was initially on her cell phone. I was asked to change to a different room and was offered points for the inconvenience. I accepted. Overall I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again.

This is one hidden gem. The building from outside doesn’t standout like other hotels. However its a good place inside with M-club Lounge. M-club lounge has good breakfast and evening happy hour snacks.
They also have dine in restaurant and bar inside the hotel. Staff is very nice and always helpful.

Enjoyed my stay here. Felt the grand welcome at the restaurant and loved the convenience of Starbucks cafe. Ballrooms and the lounge were impressive. Clean rooms and the cleaning staff was very friendly and provided good service. Stayed there for 4 nights and no issues with anything. You get 5 stars, truly.

Hotel is nice. Room was nice but the Starbucks is supposedly closed at noon. I went there 15 minutes before closing and they denied to make my drink. They had a sign up reading closed, then told me, they closed early since it was slow. So 2 females stood behind the register doing (NOTHING) and neither could make my beverage?WOW. Don't offer a service if you're staff is NOT willing to assist a paying customer.

We stayed Saturday night 4/29/23. Convenient, quiet, comfortable. Room was very clean and staff were friendly and helpful. The fruity infused water in the lobby was a welcoming perk after a day spent hiking. Parking was ample, had several handicapped spaces and was well lit. Situated right on the 1-10/410 interchange this hotel is convenient to several attractions. Retail shopping and restaurants are close. Dining area is beautiful and spacious. We would definitely stay here again!
