Hilton San Antonio Airport Hotel

This hotel is in a great location and close to everything anyone needs. The staff is attentive and will address anything you bring to their attention. The pool area is beautiful and the elevators are fast. The location has undergone some renovations and is positioning itself to be a top destination in the area. I am looking forward to visiting again and the affordable rates make it an easy choice.

Thanks to Alfredo and Pepe for such wonderful service. Their hospitality made us feel right at home. My sisters and I enjoyed our stay thanks to them for being really kind and providing us with helpful information on how to get around or what fun attractions were nearby. We appreciate the great service & the breakfast that the kitchen staff cooked was delicious.

Room was great, clean and very comfortable. The service was awesome from the front desk to the restaurant and bar. Go try the nachos! The location is perfect for catching an early flight because it's so close to the airport. The pool however was a little disappointing, it's was dirty, towels and trash all over the pool deck, outdoor furniture was in disarray and the handles to get in and out of the pool were loose.

I asked for house cleaning room cleaning the first night and they did not clean my room. They offered me some towels and said they would put me back on the list for the next day. At 3pm the next day room still was not clean and I had to personally find housekeeping myself to get them to clean. Doubletree is known for hit cookies a d after the first night they said it was only available at check in because they didn’t expect so many requests. What?! And finally, I requested an extra set of sheets and after 2 hours, two calls, and a visit to the front desk I finally got my sheets. To say it was underwhelming and disappointing is an understatement especially as a Hilton’s honors member for about 10 years.

While dated the beds are very comfortable and the front desk staff are friendly parking is an issue. I drove a F250 and it doesn't fit in the garage. I parked in hotel specific parking right by the hotel van and my truck was stolen. Parked at 8:30 PM and it was gone when I came out at 6:30 AM. The desk manager seemed like this was a routine thing. If you drive a taller truck DON"T STAY HERE.
