Amazing hotel with amazing service! From the hotel doorman/driver, front desk, and breakfast staff. Breakfast came with my stay. The pool was lovely to cool down and take an awesome picture in! Shout out to Nong Toey for going above and beyond for me during breakfast both days! If you ever had her as a server please tip her kindly. She is such a sweet girl! Management should be proud to have her as an employee and I hope she gets promoted next time I go back to visit.

"Deluxe City View" doesn't have much of a view, and the balcony is inaccessible.

The room is very spacious, clean, and newly furbished.

Staff is super, super friendly, and arguably the best thing about the place.

The location is well balanced between the airport and the city centre. You'll need transport so you'll spend on taxis but has free parking if you want to rent a bike/ car instead

On-site cafe is slightly overpriced, and you have much better choices outside. While the swimming pool and gym is small but serviceable.

Overall, I was very happy with my stay and would happily recommend it and stay here again! Good value for money!

This hotel is beautiful and can’t be beat for the price! The staff is insanely friendly and attentive. I’m he only real downside was the bed. It was hard as a rock and one of the least comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in. If they invested in nicer beds there would be absolutely no flaws!

Our stay at Hyde Park Chiang Mai was great! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Very nice, modern place and rooms. We did a few tours, and this hotel was always on the list for pickup spots, so it's well known. To the Chiang Mai square was about a 20-25 min walk, we felt safe walking around as well. If we didn't feel like walking, Grab was great too and there were plenty of drivers around. Highly recommend this place :)

I loved this place so much, I was sad to leave on my last day. The staff is incredibly kind and sweet. They really try to make you feel at home.

They also clean the room daily and refresh the snacks in the room and water. I was just expecting a bed, but it came with a couch living room area, a huge bathtub and waterfall shower with hose. There was a shuttle service that takes you from the hotel to the closer city and main roads.

I went on several tours in Chiang mai, and the hotel was a popular enough space that tour guides would come to the hotel directly for pick up.
