Krystal Beach

We had booked a room with a sea view. When we got to the allocated room, it overlooked the rooftop of the spa.
Back to reception where they changed the room without much drama.
The second one was much better with good views over the ocean and marina.
Good size bedroom and a large bathroom and lounge area with a small balcony.
There's a nice pool area and sun loungers next to it.
Outside there are a number of restaurants and bars within a few seconds walk on the boardwalk overlooking the marina.
Breakfast was good too.
Overall we'd stay again and would recommend.

I need to take the time to thank Zizipho for assisting me with my check in. It would have been a very negative experience for me but she was able to turn the situtation around completely. I cannot thank her enough for her effort and even upgrading my daughters and I to a family room. We enjoyed the room to the max and the rain and sea views was just what the doctor ordered. The breakfast was amazing and I love the easy relaxed feel in the dining area which made the buffet even more enjoyable. I will surely be returning for a even longer stay. Always great being at this hotel.

I found the location of this hotel right on a marina and next to a beach with a view of the mountains behind Gordon's Bay a wonderful surprise.

The service is excellent and delivered with care and friendliness. I found having a delicious meal with a view of the marina very enjoyable.

The public spaces were filled with various works of art, which I found interesting and uplifting.

Don't bother booking this place especially if you are black they are racist. Keep the money to yourself the supervisor very unprofessional very disrespectful to the bartender raising her voice infront of the customer, I can afford to buy a whole bottle of tequila not sure who said black people are poor. Stereotypes its real in this place The bartender from Tuesday night refused to serve us you would have thought I was spending his money. Racist call it like you want am black and I have felt it we are not welcome here. Am more than happy to take my money somewhere else 😌 🙂

Such an amazing experience as it was our Honeymoon. The hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.
The views are breathtaking😍 we booked the luxury suite and it was beyond our expectations. Absolutely beautiful and cozy with a private pool on the balcony. Will definitely recommend Krystal Beach Hotel to anyone travelling to Gordons Bay.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
