We did the 360 tour with these and had several issues.
1. Equipment was bad. our masks leaked, 1 with a significant crack and leak, the other immediately fogged in the water no matter what.
2. The visibility at kicker rock was awful, which can’t be helped, but according to the guide this was known before as it’s been bad for over a week due to a swell and the full moon. No one warned us or offered us a different tour. In those conditions the tour shouldn’t even be run as it’s completely pointless, at a minimum a warning should be given.
3. On return the agency was shut so we couldn’t return our gear. When someone finally showed up we spoke about the above issues and they shrugged and didn’t care. We weren’t demanding a refund or anything but we didn’t even get an apology.

I have booked 360° tour with Andry agency. The guy in the agency gave me a mask with a hole in it!!! Unfortunately, I have realised that only when we started to snorkel. The mask was heavily leaking and I could not snorkel at all!!! Luckily for me, the crew on the boat which was supernice and superfriendy had a mask extra on the boat so they saved the situation. If they haven't gave me a good mask my whole trip which I paid a lot would be completely ruined! After the tour I came to the agency to return snorkeling gear and I told to the guy in the agency that he gave me a mask with a hole in it and that my trip would be ruined if the guys on the boat haven't had one extra! Therefore I was demanding part of my money back. What this guy did? Instead of apologizing for his mistake HE ACCUSED ME for damaging the mask and asking me to pay 50$ for the mask! Of course, I rejected to pay.

Totally unprofessional behaviour and weak equipment. Try to avoid this agency.

Great place for the money. Clean room with AC, private restroom and just a couple of blocks from the "malecon" where all the action happens. Save money in lodging to spend it where it really matters :) They also help you booking your tours... I highly recommend the "360 Tour" to snorkel around the island.

Average for the price. We paid 60USD per night for a delux Queen room with a fridge. We booked pretty last minute for four nights, when we arrived they didn’t have our booking and put us in a family room for one night saying we could change to the room we booked the next night. Unfortunately after two nights in the next room they again told us there was a mistake and asked us to move. The good part is that we tried out three different rooms. The family room was large, adequate, fairly clean but had a tiny bathroom. If you do stay here, the only room worth the money is the balcony room. That room was clean and had a slightly obstructed ocean view. It was the cleanest of the three. If you get this room I think your stay here will be fine. It’s a couple of blocks from the waterfront, but at the opposite end of town from the best Snorkle and beach spots. The breakfast is quite good and the lady who makes them lovely.
Downsides are that every room the beds were cheap and pretty uncomfortable. The last room we stayed in looked good but the bathroom was old and literally falling apart. Oh and there was gum stuck to the head board of the bed. The family room and the last room we were in didn’t have a fridge which was a pain because we had bought food to keep in there.. also, all of the rooms have very thin walls and it’s quite noisy.
moral of the story, book in advance so they can sort themselves out, only book the balcony rooms and only if you can get them at a good price. Photos are of the balcony room.

We went to see different agency for the fishing 360 tour of the island. They was very friend and explain very well what is the tour. The tour did sound very good. We finally went with another agency (eco fishing tour) as they was cheaper. Later we spoke with some else we did the tour with them and the service was very similar except the boat we had was a bit nicer.
