Les Echasses is a very special place. I have been visiting this hotel repeatedly ever since its opening several years ago and have felt incredibly comfortable there every time. Particularly the personnel has been incomparably friendly. To me this place represents the modern definition of quality - it is a quiet refuge of very high luxury, every product served at the restaurant is organic and all fruits and vegetables are home-grown on site, one enjoys an excellent balance of enriching company and appeasing privacy and it is simply a stunning place. I cannot wait to be back very soon!

Perfect, comfortable and quiet room facing nature.
Dinner at the restaurant: excellent unique menu served by a team that puts their heart into their work. The reception is discreet and attentive.

Very natural atmosphere for this magnificent place.
Add to that a dinner prepared with vegetables from the garden, it was perfect
