Karin's Garden Villa Bed & Breakfast

We (Sophie, Marius and Maxi) stayed at Karin’s Garden Villa for 3 nights before departing to Germany. We really enjoyed the great hospitality of Karin. The house is perfectly located in Devonport and you could reach everything within minutes (supermarket, beach, ferry to Auckland, restaurants and cafes). The rooms are very tidy and we felt at home from the first minute. A big plus is the nice Veranda and the garden. Especially our one year old son was super happy as he could crawl around wherever he wanted. We were allowed to use the kitchen and all of her other rooms. If we ever come back to Auckland we definitely know where to stay! Highly recommended!

Karins Garden villa is a lovely house, with a stunning location in the heart of devonport. The perfect place to explore the islands, Cheltenham Beach, Mt. Victoria etc. You can escape the busy city life of Auckland and still you are so close (only 12 min ferry ride ). Karins place is perfect to kick off or finish your new zealand travels. The garden is amazing with tropical plants and the best palm trees in Auckland, I loved having breakfast or a coffee on the sun deck !

The B&B is very well located: only a couple of minutes to walk to the supermarket, the main street of Devonport, and the ferry terminal.
It's the ideal location to enjoy Auckland without the busy life of the CBD! And Devonport is lovely, a gorgeous view from the top of Mount Victoria for the sunset, and many beaches.

Karin's Bed and Breakfast is located at the centre of Devonport just a few minutes walk from Devonport Ferry Terminal. The property is close to amenities like New World supermarket, nice cafes and restaurants. Talk about convenience! It was easy for me to explore Devonport. The room was nice and comfortable. Karin is a nice lady and will help you out if you had any questions.

This is such a nice, little and cozy B&B. Very close to the ferry to downtown Auckland and Mount Victoria for splendid views of Auckland. We had really relaxing time in the beautiful garden. Would recommend it to everyone wanting a quiet and chilled out place in Auckland.
